Services Description

Quality Marine LLC provides marine engine sales, service, repair, and maintenance for boats on Lake Lanier and the surrounding North Georgia area. We are an authorized Mercury dealer and Repower Center. Our services include but are not limited to engine sales, repowers, routine maintenance, diagnostics, winterization, and parts sales.

Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
• Interfere with or disrupt the website or servers

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided through our website or in person are estimates and subject to change based on actual inspection of your boat and engine. Final pricing will be confirmed before any work begins. Prices for engines and parts are subject to change without notice based on manufacturer pricing and availability.

Service Terms

When you engage our services:

• You authorize us to perform the agreed-upon services on your vessel
• You agree to pay for all services and parts as quoted or as revised with your approval
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
• We reserve the right to retain possession of your vessel until payment is received in full
• Any additional work discovered during service will be communicated and approved before proceeding

Warranties

New Mercury engines and parts carry manufacturer warranties as specified by Mercury Marine. Our labor is warranted for a period specified at the time of service. Warranty claims must be made in writing within the warranty period. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quality Marine LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Quality Marine LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Mercury and all Mercury-related trademarks are the property of Mercury Marine.

Indemnification
